In Bushido, the unwritten Samurai code of conduct, Yu is the principle that represents Courage. A number of distinctive Samurai qualities must fuse together to form Yu: not just valor and fortitude, but also awareness and perceptiveness. This notion of discerning bravery gave rise to the bold and vibrant flavors of our Yu Whisky.
