Small Batch is the cornerstone of the Wyoming Whiskey line and is an incredibly smooth bourbon with a light to medium body. It is a true wheat bourbon that delivers a slightly sweeter and softer flavor profile than its rye-flavored cousins while maintaining a unique complexity.
Dark amber color. The nose is floral, with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding. Floral notes on the palate with brown baking spices and browned butter, vanilla creme, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon. Light and smooth with vanilla bean and cinnamon spice filling the mouth cavity, along with a hint of mint. A medium-length finish with toffee. Spice and vanilla fade.
